1 Introduction & Definitions

win21 is an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between win21 and its users. Some key terms used here are defined below:

"Platform" — win21's website, mobile site, and all associated services.
"User" — any person who has registered on or is using the win21 platform.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one win21 account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any information needs to be changed, the support team must be notified promptly.

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to win21 support immediately. The user is solely responsible for all activity on their account.

3.4 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time through support. win21 also reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

win21 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits and withdrawals through these methods are fast and secure.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods).
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. In some cases where verification is required, it may take a little longer.

4.4 Identity Verification

win21 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may need to be made through the same method used for the deposit. Transferring funds to another person's account is strictly prohibited.

4.5 Fraud & Deception

Any attempt at chargebacks, payment fraud, or any form of financial deception will result in immediate account closure and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

win21 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Accepting the welcome bonus applies a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳50,000 in bets.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
It may not be possible to claim multiple bonus offers at the same time.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
win21 reserves the right to investigate and cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5.4 VIP & Cashback

win21's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). The detailed policy for determining and changing VIP tiers is at the discretion of win21.

6 Betting Rules & Regulations

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets accepted in error due to a technical fault will be considered void. win21 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

6.2 Game Cancellation Policy

If a game or event is cancelled due to technical issues, server outages, or unavoidable circumstances, the bet amount will be refunded to the user's account.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

win21 is committed to ensuring fair play. The use of bots, automated software, or any form of technical manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Collusion & Fraud

Any attempt to collude with other players or influence the platform through fraudulent means will result in immediate action.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win21 platform:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Registering using a false identity or fake information.
Attempting to claim bonus benefits through dishonest means ("bonus abuse").
Any form of money laundering or illegal financial processing.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
Harassing or deceiving other users.
Attempting to gain unfair advantage through chargebacks or payment disputes.

For any of the above prohibited activities, win21 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action.

8 Responsible Gaming
